In recent years, with the continuous growth of energy demand, offshore oil exploitation has become one of the most important directions of international energy development. Previously, the floating marine hose developed by CDSR was successfully applied on the first domestic mobile trial production platform ‘‘HYSY 162’’, which effectively reduced the construction cost of the project, and it applied the floating oil hose in batches for China's offshore oil industry. It has brought new breakthroughs for the batch application of floating marine hoses in China's offshore oil industry, and It further accelerated the localization process of major equipment supporting systems for China’s offshore oil and gas development.
On the first mobile self-installation oil production platform ‘‘HYSY 161’’, CDSR floating oil hoses were installed and the crude oil transportation was successfully completed. Floating oil hose is an important channel for crude oil transportation in offshore facilities such as platforms, FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) and jack-up oil production platforms (also with storage and offloading functions). When crude oil is transported, it is used to connect the oil terminal and the tanker, and palys an important role in crude oil transportation.
CDSR oil hose has the advantages of easy installation and low maintenance cost. During use, regular inspection and maintenance can ensure its long-term stable operation, and reduce system maintenance costs and downtime. Moreover, it can adapt to the needs of complex marine environments, and it can ensure safe and stable operations under the harshest conditions, it greatly improving the efficiency and safety of oil extraction.
The successful application of the CDSR oil hose on the HYSY 161 platform has achieved remarkable results. Its excellent performance and innovative design provide a reliable transportation solution for offshore oil exploitation. We believed that with the continuous advancement of science and technology and the continuous advancement of practice, CDSR oil hoses will be more widely used in the offshore oil field, making greater contributions to energy development and to the protection of the marine ecological environment.
